This is an Hour Long Session dedicated to you. Through a FREE Fitness Assessment we will find the right trainer to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
30 Min Personal Training Session
If you are pressed for time but still want to benefit from a customized fitness program then this is the session for you!
Group Ftiness
One hour, small group classes to help you reach your fitness goals at a competitve price.
Rowing Specific Classes
On Saturday Mornings we teach a Rowing Specific Class at 7am. We can help you with your technique and provide insight on how to improve your overall rowing abilities in the confines of a 60 min group session.
Seasonal Athlete Classes
Summer Time is right around the corner! We will be doing small athletic groups this summer in the morning, select days of the week. Reach out to us for current offers.
