I wanted to go back to where it all began for me... My first gym, Ross Fit.
I was happy in this space.. at the end of my contract in 2016 I thought I wanted more.. A bigger gym, more clients, more people to impact. After 6 years I have come to realize that is not what I wanted at all.. and that is not how you impact people.
"Quality over Quantity"
At one point we had so many people coming and going that I didn't even know all of our clients names! That is just not how I do business. I want every single person that comes in and out of the gym to know that I appreciate them. They literally take care of me and my family by being loyal customers.. and I absolutely appreciate that.
I need the gym, I need to exercise.. it is mental and physical therapy for me. I know this is true for our clients as well.. I want to get back to being that place where people enjoy visiting daily. Where the energy and the vibe is so good people don't want to leave.. because THAT is how you impact peoples lives. Being excited to go to the gym because you enjoy spending time with the people there is pivotal to staying motivated and excited about your progression.
This is my first ever blog post lol.. kinda weird to be honest but it feels good to write these words. I am not big on promises or guarantees but it is my absolute goal to make the above a top priority moving forward. I am excited about the future and the team that I am heading forward with.
Congratulation Ross Fit Team! I have followed you since you opened your first location. I have had memberships at various gyms over the years, but have never had the results that I have developed since joining your gym. The workouts are never boring and always challenging. Your push to focus on form and quality has been a huge benefit for me, and I have never hurt myself in all the years that I have been coming.
P.S. Love the rowing training!!!
